Pets N More is great. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and I love that most of the animals have open enclosures so you can hold them. I brought my dog Teddy here to be groomed and Lisa did an amazing job. My dog looks so cute! I used to pay $60-65 to have him groomed and the old place didn't do a very good job. At Pets N More I paid less than $50 and I'm very happy with the result. Teddy and I will be back
I love this place and the people are amazing definitely above and beyond helpful .. Also healthy hand picked fish and I'm so picky and I ask Alot of questions before buying a new addition to my tank and not once did the guy get frustrated, he politely answered all my questions and I felt comfortable with my buy, so knowledgeable and friendly. I will not be going anywhere else.. :)
Very rude employees. No customer service skills what so ever. yelling at the customer. Telling me they won't take a sick and or dieing animal back until it's dead. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I was not the person that made a purchase I was with someone who did. Not a fake review!
Everyone here makes you feel like part of their family when you come in! They are so caring and always go the extra mile for all of the animals in their care. Lisa is one of the best groomers I have ever worked with and she also grooms cats! When she is done for the day, she will groom the adoptable shelter cats and take the time to socialize them; she even teaches them how to walk on a harness! Can't say enough good things about the dedicated staff of this store.
