Home Remodel, Wired entire home the guys were very professional and explained everything throughout the process. The crew was very courteous and cleaned up each day before leaving. We will definitely use them again and would refer them to our friends.
I had them come to replace 2 GFI outlets and 2 covers. They quoted me $105 per hour and 1 hour of work approximately. The electrician came and brought another guy with him. It took them a long time to replace the GFI outlet and they actually put an outdoor one into my kitchen. They charged me for the other guy at another $52.50 per hour and charged me 525. When I protested they made a lame excuse. The owner did give me $125 back , however after closing on my house, the first time I went to plug in a coffee grinder the entire system blew and the circuit breaker could not be reset. I had to hire another electrician to come in and found out that the GFI outlet was incorrectly wired backwards. I called the owner who got very angry with me. They are not professional and not qualified. Do not use them. The only reason I am giving them a one is because there is not a zero available to give to them.
Boss electric did few jobs for me. They were prompt, clean and quick. Finally I found someone that know what they are doing. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are honest. I had two other electricians bid on the job and the stuff they told me they will do to get the job done I did not need they were going to bump the charges to make more money. Thanks for Boss Electric for their honesty and good work. I highly recommend them. Give them a try you wont regret it.
I hired Boss Electric to install 3 outdoor outlets. However, I made the mistake of not asking for an estimate. The total bill was $953.50! When I complained, the electrician called the owner and I was given a $200.00 discount. The billing for the materials was $365; I could have bought these at Home Depot for about 1/2 that price. I feel that a fair price for the job would have been around $500.
The work was well done, the workers were polite, well trained, efficient and did a nice job. However, because of the pricing, I would not recommend this company.
Parts were marked up 300% from retail.. I asked rep why and he defensively said I don't make the prices. Called the office after service, they never replied.
