It's under construction, intermittent water outages (for a few hours). The lots that are done are nice. Pool is working, has new laundry facilities, new bathrooms and showers.People are nice. It will be great once they get done.

My husband is in the Coast Guard, and we were recently stationed in Clearwater. While looking for a house we decided to stay in an RV at this resort. We ended up being here for about a month. The resort is definitely under construction currently, but does have a pool, laundry area (that costs $2.50 per wash), and restrooms/showers. We were told there is also Wi-Fi, but we never got it to work.

Still under some construction but we love it here! Pool and store is great and the spots are really nice and quiet. We got a shaded area with beautiful big trees. Been 2 times and we will be returning again!

After being here for about 3 weeks we were told we couldn't park on the grass because it would ruin the grass, when we asked where they'd like us to park we got no answer. The only option for parking was in the new empty spots they had been working on, that was not exactly close by. We then squeezed both of our cars side by side in our spot in front of the RV since we had seen others doing this same thing. The owner came up to our RV about a week later telling us we needed to either move to another spot or we would be kicked out. (I have provided a picture of my car "on the grass" that was reason for us to be "kicked out") We then had to un hook our RV just to move a few feet down so we had room to park our 2 vehicles. I assumed they were telling everyone this same rule, however after a few more days all the other RVs with 2 vehicles were parked more on the grass than we were and were never made to move or threatened to be kicked out as far as we know.

Great find! The staff is extremely friendly, they are constantly working around the park to keep everything looking beautiful for their guests! I especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool! I'm excited to come back and visit and see all of the new upgrades they have been working on! Go check it out for yourself!

I am sure once the construction is done, it will be a beautiful park, but the park is too small for larger RVs, in my opinion. There's not enough space to move the RVs anywhere especially with all of the construction. The construction that is going on looks minor, but once they have their equipment spread out all over the park and sitting in the middle of the roads, it becomes a BIG issue. I would not recommend this park to anyone at this point. It was a place to stay for us for the month that we needed it, but it caused much more stress than it was worth.

Awesome place. Super friendly staff! Can't wait until all the renovations are done!

Since there is construction going on, there are bags of mulch, construction equipment, trailers full of brush, giant piles of sand/dirt, large holes and ditches dug up to put in the water lines(?), and extra vehicles blocking most entrances all day long and sometimes into the night. If you need to shower here, it takes atleast 15 minutes just to get warm water in their showers. We lost power several times due to the construction, and also lost water. There is a tiny "dog park" to take your dog too, but it's really just a tiny fenced in area. Barely any room for them to run around. There's no lights throughout the park at night. At a normal park this would be a great thing, however with all of the holes and large ditches dug up around the park with no sign around them warning guests, this can become very dangerous if you need to walk to the bathrooms in the dark.

When we did finally leave the resort they had their construction equipment and vehicles blocking nearly every exit out of the park. If you've ever driven a large RV, you know how difficult it is to maneuver it around corners. One night someone was driving around in circles trying to figure out how to get his camper into one of the spots because they had left construction equipment near his and he couldn't back in. At this point no one in the office was there anymore, so he had to just find somewhere else to park for the night that wasn't his designated spot.
