Doug was extremely helpful in accommodating our needs while buying a Birea. He arranged for a specific model to be delivered from another store so we could compare it to the one he had in his store. When neither one fit our precise needs he special ordered a bike that met all our requirements. The result was the perfect bike. He also has an in-depth knowledge of accessories. Overall, our experience was 5 stars and we are back out on the trails again.
