Amazing!!!! Adelia was the best. Her pressure was deep and consistent, and she listened to all my needs and eased my pain. Therapeutic Deep tissue...I barely have words. It was everything I was hoping for. She was mindful, caring, and brought awareness to me about my body that I didn't have before. I've had many, many, many massages, 95% of which are disappointing. This is top of the tree type massage. Her style is definitely deep tissue so expect heavier pressure, which is what I love. I've finally found my go-to masseuse and couldn't be more excited.
Don't waste your time or money going here. I went twice and was treated insignificantly at reception by two fat young girls who acted like they didn't want to be there. One was named Carrie (?) and was actually the manager! Weird and lame for a person like this to be a manager at any business. The first massage I got was from a heavily tattooed girl whose pressure was much too deep, even though I kept asking her to lighten up, and she didn't concentrate on the areas I had asked for. The second massage was from a pretty and friendly girl who used hot stones on me, whose pressure and flow was spot-on perfect, and I left super relaxed. I called to book a third massage and was told this therapist isn't there anymore. So I canceled my membership and will never go again to any massage chain. This place has a very high turnover rate in employees from what I've been told. Poor front desk service, incompetent little manager, and couldn't keep the one good therapist they may have had. Stay away, unless you like being disappointed.
Pamela did an excellent job on my facial and massage.She is very friendly and willing to accommodate all my needs/problem areas.I would highly recommend her.
I have the membership package . love the staff and each therapist I have had has been great . They are all different in their unique way . my favorite is Leanne she is awesome!!!!
Rude staff on the reception, they don't deserve even one star. Prices to high for the massages and still they asking for the tips. I believed I was on the restaurant,at least they supose to have a sign saying ..the tips is mandatory rule
